The elements of the service which we are delivering include the Carers News publication, a Continuing Support Service for carers and we are responsible for the overall monitoring of the entire county wide service.

Carers News A 20 page A5 publication in full colour containing a balanced blend of news, information and articles of interest. They are produced in conjunction with Discover magazine in the months of March, July and November.
5,000 copies are distributed across the county to all the county’s GP surgeries, NHS dental practices, community hospitals, Cornwall Council’s One Stop Shops and Social Care offices, as well as to the identified carers on the local register and to some key voluntary sector organisations.
We are always keen to receive articles, stories, poems or photos or to hear from carers who want to become involved in shaping future publications, to ensure Carers News becomes the user-led publication we always envisaged it would be.
Carers Continuing Support Service This service is to provide on-going support for carers to ensure their journey through the Cornwall Carers Service is holistic.
