Welcome to disAbility Cornwall and Isles of Scilly

We’re here for people of all ages living with a long-term health condition or disability, and for their carers and families too.

As a user-led organisation at the heart of our community, we provide professional support services, create opportunities for engagement, and lead with lived experience to shape inclusive policy, systems, and services that work for everyone. Across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, 28% of people live with a long-term health condition or disability, one of the highest rates in England. 37% of households include at least one disabled person.
That’s why our mission matters — to make sure every voice is heard, every person is valued, and every community is included.
