As a user-led organisation, our members are at the heart of everything we do. Our Management Board is elected directly from our membership, the very people we exist to represent and support.
We welcome everyone who believes in our mission. While non-disabled allies are encouraged to join and show their support, we’re proud to ensure that at least 51% of our voting members are people with a long-term health condition or disability, keeping lived experience where it belongs: at the centre of decision-making.
